The Patient Forum are always looking at new and innovative ways to encourage engagement and participation to help BMC provide the best possible service to it's patients. Due to recent changes in Data Protection, patients will be required to give permission to share their contact details with the Forum so that members can contact them.
If you would like to be kept informed please give your contact details (email and/or mobile number) to reception using the form located in the waiting area.
We are looking to develop a Virtual Forum for patients to share their thoughts or comments on improving our service to patients of Blessing.
To help us with this, we are setting up a virtual patient representation group so that you can have your say. We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you receive. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.
We aim to gather around a hundred patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need patients from all cultures, races, young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from ethnic minority groups.
We are looking for volunteers to manage the FaceBook and Twitter accounts on behalf the Patient Forum. Contact Debbie if you would consider doing this.
If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.
